If you’ve had an injury, we can help you return to your previous level of fitness/sport by taking you through the whole rehabilitation process after your injury. This is to make sure that you do not develop compensations and end up with another injury or that the same injury reoccurs and potentially becomes chronic. The treatment process involves one-on-one manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises that gradually progress towards the sport that you want to go back to.
If you do not have any particular injury but want to prevent injuries in the future or if you are planning on taking on a physical challenge such as a marathon, triathlon etc., we can help you improve your overall performance to also minimise the risk of injury.
