Many families with young children experience periods where life can seem more difficult and problems arise in their lives that can cause anxiety and distress. It can be helpful to reflect on problems and explore solutions in a supportive environment. We offer a service where we work with families with young children from pregnancy to pre-school to help them with a range of issues, including:

birth preparation
coping and adjustment to pregnancy & a new baby
sleep issues
feeding problems
toileting issues
tantrums
separation anxiety
parenting advice and support

We work with individuals, couples or the family group. The aim is to support families to generate solutions that are in accordance with their unique goals and needs. Usually a session lasts one hour.
