Wiebke has completed a four-year degree course at Middlesex University in North London, and graduated with a BSc(Hons) Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy) in 2002. She has since been building two clinics in Central London.
During and after her studies, she has spent time with established herbal practitioners in the UK, and at a hospital in Berlin, where medical doctors treat in- and outpatients using plant-based medicines and naturopathic approaches.
Wiebke is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), which was established in 1864 and is the oldest body of practising medical herbalists in the world.
All members adhere to a strict code of ethics and are committed to ongoing professional development.
Areas of particular interest for Wiebke include gynaecological conditions, skin problems, mood disorders, and chronic headache syndromes, such as migraines and tension headaches.
Growing up in her native Germany has given her an interest in herbal medicine early on in life. Germany has a strong tradition in herbal medicine, and today is the very involved in research into plant medicines.
Wiebke also holds a degree in Osteopathic Medicine and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).
