Sarah Hulme

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1403099655533{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]Sarah has recently graduated from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation.

She also possesses the skillset to perform Sports & Remedial Massage, taping and strapping of injured joints & muscles as well as being a qualified Fitness Instructor too. She is currently a member of the BASRaT organisation (The British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers).

Since childhood, Sarah has had a love of participating in physical activity, from football, netball, swimming and fencing to her real passion, the Japanese art of Karate, at which she excelled in and became a National Champion in 2009. Unfortunately, with competitive sport comes inevitable injuries and Sarah has suffered a few of her own. This pushed her in a new direction and she began to study rehabilitation of sports injuries, which gave her the opportunity to work alongside Esher RFC, Wasps RFC, and Millwall FC as well as being able to assist various London Marathon runners.

Sport Rehabilitation, although stated in the name, is not only limited to those with a sports-related injury. Injury rehabilitation focuses on the musculoskeletal system: muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons which can all become damaged without taking part in sport. Anyone can book a rehabilitation session with Sarah if they believe that they have damaged a muscle or a joint in anyway, sports-related or not.
