PT is the most effective way of reaching your health and fitness goals whether they are getting fit, weight loss or just increasing your general well being. Perhaps you want to help alleviate back pain or simply find a form of exercise that you can stick with and enjoy. You will receive a personal consultation to help you to identify EXACTLY what you want to achieve and the most enjoyable way to get there. Motivation and commitment are the keys to reaching your goals so its important to have a routine that you enjoy. Deborah will design your programme around your lifestyle and needs and will be there with you every step of the way. Everyone can benefit from Personal Training. Whether you are new to exercise, bored with the same routine or a serious athlete, we will work together in your home or local area to improve your fitness and performance. You WILL see the results in just a few sessions! I was overweight, with no motivation to exercise. I had high blood cholesterol, serious backache and did not want to take my shirt of in public. I started to train with Deborah; there are the words of encouragement, the variety of exercise plans that do not get boring, the helping hand, the explanations, the support and the special way that she helps you to focus. Getting told you have started your menopause at 36 messes with your head. It answers some questions but it doesn't solve many. Your whole body slows down and your motivation disappears. That's where Deb's has been a complete revelation for me. She is your motivation. When the last thing you feel like is exercising, she comes up with a word, an idea, a joke that has you laughing while your working out! She's more than a personal trainer, she's a life coach. I would thoroughly recommend Deb to anyone who wants to look and feel better but needs just a little help to get there. |
