Kelly worked in the highly pressurised Financal Services Industry for 7 years in the City of London. It was during the latter part of her finance career that she became interested in Stress Management which eventually led her to leave the City and pursue a totally different path as a Sports Therapist.

She qualified from the International Guild of Professional Practitioners- IGPP (formally known as ITEC) and is a member of the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists. Kelly was able to develop her interests in Sport and incorporate her expert advise, calm and enthusiasm whilst giving the client maximum attention.

She has treated a wide range of injuries from the immediate post- acute stages to chronic long term problems and continues to expand her skill set, which also includes pregnancy massage. She frequently attends accredited Continued Professional Development courses to expand her knowledge base and to enhance her treatments.

Kelly is also qualified in Indian Head Massage and Reiki
