Clare became interested in injury management after having an accident herself and experiencing first hand the importance of good rehabilitation. After the accident, Clare decided to experience more of life by travelling the world, going to university and having a child.

Since then Clare has completed a degree in Physiotherapy in 2006 and continued her professional development by going on to study Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage.

Whilst practicing Physiotherapy, Clare has treated an extensive variety of patients with sports injuries, spinal injuries and back pain, neurological conditions such as strokes as well as patients with joint problems. She also has experience treating young children and pregnant women who are suffering with back pain, water retention and pubis symphysis dysfunction. Clare is able to incorporate her knowledge of Sports Massage and exercise rehabilitation into her treatment plans.

Clare has also worked as a Sports Massage Therapist London Marathon for the past two years and this year is hoping to work at the London Triathlon which is being held in the Docklands.

Clare is also CRB checked.
