Osteopathy
Charlotte has practised in the Blackheath area for a number of years. Her background is in science and she grew up in a predominantly medical family. She left London University with an Honours degree in Physiology and initially became a science writer.
She was drawn to osteopathy because of its basis in anatomy and its ability to combine structure with a holistic approach. Charlotte trained at the College of Osteopaths and subsequently became involved in teaching, now helping to examine students. In daily practice, her aim is to restore optimum function throughout the body, and alleviate pain and disability.
Charlotte receives regular referrals from local complementary therapists, GPs and medical consultants alike, and was responsible for setting up and running an EU-funded NHS clinic in Southwark, SE London.
Charlotte is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is recognised as a provider by most major health insurance companies including BUPA and AXA PPP.
Charlotte also practises in Deal, Kent. To find our more, see sunnycroftosteopathy.co.uk
